If you're installing Vinux to an empty hard disk, I'd just take the
default. The option should say something like install Ubuntu to the
entire hard drive. If you want to partition your hard drive by hand I'd
suggest just using EXT4 on the whole drive and mount it to /.
Alternatively, you could use about 40G for / and the rest for /home, but
I don't know how large your hard drive is or what you'll be using this
system for.
When you restart, Orca will come up talking and you'll be able to log
in. You can just type your password on the LightDM log on screen.
I'd suggest checking out the vinux wiki. There are articles on all of
this stuff.

hi, how do I configure my hard drive, a new empty one for vinux? And
once I install and restart, what will happen?
