[orca-list] restricting search to a folder only in ubuntu 13.4

dear list,
I have customised ubuntu 13.4, It works very nice.I face the following 
problems.
1. while I search an item in a folder, it brings all items in the 
system. how can I restrict it to the folder only.
2. I am using gnome shell.when I logout, orca announces password aloud 
while login.
