[orca-list] lost my orca modifier

Replying to my own message. 
Restarting orca didn't fix it, nor did restarting X ... but a reboot
did. That suggests it's nothing to do with orca and something to do
with the underlying system. If I can replicate I'll file a bug but
can't yet. I can also confirm it matters whether numlock is on or off.
