How about having Orca automatically perform a where am I when a "list 
of" dialog opens?
If people are concerned about the few system resources it takes to do 
this, then perhaps make a "system resources" tab in orca preferences 
with a "perform where am I when list of dialog opens" checkbox. Then 
Orca's code could use an if statement to determine if the user checked 
the box or not, and perform the where am I accordingly.
