[orca-list] orca and skype

Hi all,
what is the current status of skype and orca usage? I have virtual 
ubuntu 12.04 with orca and qt-at-spi installed, but I can't use it, 
because it is totally inaccessible. Is there an other way to use skype? 
I have got skype plugin for pydgin, but it is outdated and not 
compatible with the latest skype api.
