[orca-list] Bug in list of links in epiphany?

Hi all,
Im using epiphany. This browser is since 3.10.x realy good.

i found a problem with the "list of links" feature.
if i press <alt_L> + <shift> + <k> a list of links on the actual site is 
shown up. this feature is realy realy damn cool :).
but if i press <ESC> or Jump to the link in the shown list (press enter) 
i cant get the list of links twice until i move the caret.
is this a known problem? can anybody confirm this?

1 open epiphany enable
2 open a website ( for example: http://www.pro-linux.de/ ) and enable 
caret with f7
3 press alt_l + shift + k -> got a list of links on the page
4 press esc OR select an link with the arrow keys and press enter to 
jump to it
4.1 Dont move the cursor
5 press alt_l + shift + k again -> nothing happens to me
except -> i get the list again
6 press arrow down
7 press alt_l + shift + k again -> now i get an list of links again

by the way working with this feature often silence orca at all in 
epiphany -> press f5 orca speak again
