[orca-list] a difference between 3.10 and 3.11

Hi all.
To reproduce:
1. Launch gedit.

2. Press super+f10 and choose preferences.

3. Press ctrl+pageDown until you find the plugins page.

4. Press tab. Orca announces how many  rows and columns the table has 
and reads the item with the focus.

5. Press shift+tab ant tab. Orca announces only how many rows and 
columns the table has.

This is with orca 3.11., works ok with orca 3.10.
