[orca-list] When upgrading to ubuntu 13.10

Hi folks, My machine is prompting me to upgrade to ubuntu 13.10.
First, if I do this, will orca come up talking, or will my braille
display function?
Also, will I be given the newest version of firefox, with all of it's trouble?
