[orca-list] problems using gedit when in sudo mode

Hi all.

I do not think it is a problem related to orca, but I'm posting here hoping to anyone point me in the right direction.

I am running gnome 3.8 with at-spi2-atk 2.9.90, at-spi2-core 2.9.90, atk 2.9.4 and python2-atspi 2.9.90.

When i execute in terminal the command "sudo gedit", orca stays mute in the gedit program and I receive the following messages in terminal:

** (gedit:1159): WARNING **: Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

(gedit:1159): Gtk-WARNING **: Calling Inhibit failed: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.gnome.SessionManager was not provided by any .service files

Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks.
