[orca-list] Speech-Dispatcher 0.8.3 -- What happened to spd-say?

Since updating I notice I no longer have an spd-say command. I miss it
because it was useful testing whether speech-dispatcher was functioning
as expected from the CLI--before commiting to the GUI desktop.

Anyone able to shed wisdom on this? TIA
