Yes and no, on my system(ubuntu 13.04 amd64) I have :
GNOME Shell 3.8.1
GNOME nautilus 3.8.1
GNOME Image Viewer 3.8.0
Empathy 3.6.4
gnome-control-center 3.6.3
evolution 3.6.4
gnome-session 3.8.0
GDM 3.8.0
