I don't see that there is yet a way to do this, but it looks like 
something that can be scripted?  Maybe, when on the dash, orca can be 
set to watch for the glow attribute?  On finding this attribute, Orca 
can say "thunderbird running", for instance?  This seems to already 
happen in Unity 2d.
