Re: [orca-list] how to identify in the dash if an application is running

I don't see that there is yet a way to do this, but it looks like something that can be scripted? Maybe, when on the dash, orca can be set to watch for the glow attribute? On finding this attribute, Orca can say "thunderbird running", for instance? This seems to already happen in Unity 2d.

Cheers,

Dave

According to https://live.gnome.org/GnomeShell/CheatSheet

The dash on the left side is where your favorite applications and your
running applications are shown. The glow behind the application icon
indicates if the application is running.

My question:
Using orca, how to identify in the dash if an application is running
or not?
Thanks.
