Hy Milton,
A possible workaround to notify you how call you:
In the Skype options pane the notifications page search incoming call
option, and check Advanced view check box. Check the Execute following
script check box, and paste the above edit box with following script:
notify-send "Incoming call from:" "%sname" -i skype
Hopefuly this is will be work, but this is a workaround only.

An alternative way to you install skype-wrapper package from following
PPA, this is more simplest, but first time perhaps need authorize the
new skype-wrapper application to access Skype, similar with pidgin-skype
plugin:
https://launchpad.net/~skype-wrapper/+archive/ppa
You need running following commands if you want installing skype-wrapper
package:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:skype-wrapper/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install skype-wrapper

Use you own risk this application, because not part of your official
