[orca-list] Looking for tips and recommendations on using flash websites

Hello,
Does anybody have experience interacting with websites which use flash.
Does a particular browser/version work better than another? Is there a
way to navigate in and out of "internal frames"? How to interact with
"sliders"? Any hint would be much appreciated.
