[orca-list] orca and capslock key

Hi all.
I have noticed that after I restart orca, I can not toggle capslock
on/off in my laptop.
All works ok when I restart the machine but as soon I restart orca,
the problem appear.

When I press capslock+backspace and capslock, orca reads capslock on
but the capslock remains off.
.
This is running orca 3.4.2 under ubuntu 12.04 with unity-2d.
