[orca-list] Espeak speedup doesn't work

Hello,

I set the espeak voice in orca to 100% but nevertheless I find it's a
bit slow. So I added the following line in the file
/usr/share/espeak-data/voices/de like described in one of storm dragons
tutorials:
fast_test 2 40 40

But it doesn't work, orca speaks as slow as before. I use debian squeeze
with orca 3.2.0, gnome speech and espeak 1.43.03-2.
Did this method change?
