[orca-list] Battery Status in Gnome Shell?

I can get this from the Power Settings pane, in gnome control center,
but, getting it on the 'battery' menu would be nice. I'm guessing this
is an orca thing; I've selected the 'show battery status in the menu'
when battery is charrging or in use.
