[orca-list] what is the current status with form field accessibility in firefox

Hello all,
As of now I have no idea if the bug related to firefox based form fields 
has been fixed in the latest versions of Orca?
People might recall that when we type in a form field or even in address 
bar of firefox, Orca does not echo anything.
Has it been fixed as of now?
I must say that it is some thing that might prevent many from upgrading 
to the latest versions of firefox and Orca.  It becomes very irritating 
at times when one has to type a long email or use a web based financial 
application  when nothing is spoken back.
