Hy Joanie,

Unfortunately I found again unicode encode and unicode decode error 
traceback error messages in Orca debug.out file. The problem is 
happening if I using hungarian locale.
I reported this issue and attached the debug.out file:

For example, in Ubuntu installer the user creation dialog part happening 
this issue, this situation Orca does'nt spokening the machine name 
related dialogue widget information, and not presenting braille the output.
If I remember right have problem only four unicode characters handling.
