Sometimes, when I login into ubuntu 12.04, I hear "welcome to orca,
login frame, goodbie". After this, orca will not speak anymore in the
login screen. if I type the password for my account, I normally enter
into unity and orca speaks regularly.
At other times everything is ok in the login screen too!
