Wow, I zoned out after you said NVDA OCR plugin. That was the exciting part for me. I'm going to go check that out right now. It sounds totally cool!

After that it works, the login screen is inaccessible though.
but yeah. it doesn't bring much difference. you also could use ubuntu and install gnome-shell.
