[orca-list] Keyboard Layouts are not spoken in the gnome-shell tray

Hay All,
If i choose a second keyboard layout in the gnome-settings in the top
panel will a tray for the keyboard layouts shown. Orca can not speak the
layouts ( in my case 1. german 2. german (without death keys).
Only the last both entrys are spoken (show keyboard layout and Settings
for Region an Language). 
Is this a known Problem?
