Re: [orca-list] GNOME-Shell Dialogues Not Fully Spoken

I'll try the latest from 3.6. I need, also, to check on the Opensuse build environment setup. The Orca wiki says I just need python-devel, but that's old; was written as of Opensuse 10.something.

Thanks, and Bon Voyage!

Hi Dave.

I'm using GNOME and Orca 3.4.2, on Opensuse 12.02 RC 1, and find that
the power-off dialogue and battery level indicator do not get spoken. If
a later Orca addresses these, which one?

That should be in the current 3.5 and 3.7 versions of Orca. You may also
need some corresponding changes in Clutter/Cally as well, but I cannot
recall at the moment and am currently traveling. So I'd start with the
latest Orca from the appropriate branch (I'm guessing for you that would
be the gnome-3-6 branch and not master.)

HTH. Take care.
