Re: [orca-list] rose garden and muse accessability progress?

Good day,

Rosegarden may have its widgets accessible but the next thing to worry about is that it uses jackd for sound. That will take over your sound card and keep you from being able to hear Orca speak. You will need 2 sound cardes. One for Orca and 1 for your musical composition. Having said that, I haven't personally tried Rosegarden yet. It's on my list of to-do's but I've been so busy of late that I just haven't had the time to look into it.

If you decide to do so, I recommend you use Ubuntu 12.04 which will have the qt-at-spi accessibility bridge installed out of the box.

Regards,
Alex M
