Rosegarden may have its widgets accessible but the next thing to worry
about is that it uses jackd for sound. That will take over your sound
card and keep you from being able to hear Orca speak. You will need 2
sound cardes. One for Orca and 1 for your musical composition. Having
said that, I haven't personally tried Rosegarden yet. It's on my list
of to-do's but I've been so busy of late that I just haven't had the
time to look into it.
If you decide to do so, I recommend you use Ubuntu 12.04 which will have
the qt-at-spi accessibility bridge installed out of the box.
