Hi,

This seems to have crept in with the move to Gnome 3.  When the browser 
download window is up, orca can not read either the downloads thing or 
the browser tab that launched it.  I think you can still work in the 
browser, while downloading, if you open the download link in a new tab, 
start the download, then switch back to the tab with the page you're 
reading.
