[orca-list] It's not possible associate a key bind to a orca function

Hi all,
Using orca from master on ubuntu 11.10, I can not assign a key bind to 
an orca function.

I can reassign a new key if the function already has a key assigned but 
I can not assign a key if the function has no key assigned.
