Sorry for my confusion, but I don't understand what you're asking. Will
what work in the alpha release of Ubuntu 12.04?

If you're asking if Orca will work in the alpha release of Precise, the
answer is yes. It works just like it does in Oneric, i.e. press
control+s when you hear the drums and Orca will start. This is when
booting from the Live CD. Once you've installed Ubuntu Precise with Orca
then Orca will start automatically when you log on.

Again, I apologize if I totally misunderstood the question.
