Hi all
I know it's not directly related to Orca, but I think it may be
important for some Orca users.
Simply and short: http://tts.polip.com/files/sapi/installing.txt
Tested on Ubuntu 12.04 and partially on Ubuntu 12.10.
Main part (server and client) was tested by Julien Claassen (big thanks
to him) on Debian with Wine 1.5 installed.
