Hi,
I am running xfce 4.10 in gentoo Linux.
I've found following problems:
- panels not accessible and missing keyboard shortcuts
- Thunar seems not accessible
- Desktop icons are not accessible (thunar???)

What works:
alt+f1 opens a menu containing apps and settings etc
Most of the settings are accessible as well.
When accessibility is checked in a11y settings, at-spi-registryd
autostarts.
Don't forget to set GTK_MODULES=gail:atk-bridge before running xfce.
