[orca-list] The GNOME Shell Notification Area

When using Magnification I frequently make use fo the notification area 
of the GOME Shell desktop.

Is there a way to access the notification area and notification balloons 
with Orca? I may have missed this somewhere, so I apologize if this has 
already been brought up.
