Probably not very accessible without serious tweaking.  It uses the Jackd
sound system out of the box.  It pretty much dedicates itself exclusively to
the musical production you are doing and leaves no room for speech
synthesizers.  At least, this is what I am able to gather from the research
I've done.  You are better off building Ubuntu studio, or the parts you
need, yourself from a regular old Precise installation.  You probably don't
need all the video and graphical production stuff, I would imagine.  It's
not just audio tools on there, you know.
