Hi JosÃ!
  Which version of Orca and which version of Pidgin are you using? I have 
Pidgin-Skype running and I was able to accet calls. I didn't try it for a 
while now, but the versions I have installed are still the same (pidgin 
2.7.3-1 and gnome-orca 2.30.2-2).
  this is not much help, I know. Can you initiate calls yourself though?
