[orca-list] just discovered that orca does not update me when terminal changes

Hello,
I just observed that Orca is not reading the updates when some thing is happening on terminal.
for example sudo apt-get upgrade keeps updating the terminal but Orca keeps quite.
similary when I send an email through mutt, it does not read the password prompt when it appears.
Is this confirmed for any kind of terminal update?
