I'm not sure what you mean by a real partition. If you're talking about
a production system, that you'll be using every day, and you'll need to
have it working then I'd suggest waiting. Remember that Ubuntu 12.04 is
still in beta. I think the release date is April 26.
If you're talking about installing it on bare metal as opposed to within
a virtual machine, but you'll still be using it for testing purposes
then I'd say go for it and report any problems you have to the Ubuntu
Accessibility list.
