Hy Michal,

What Linux distribution you using and what login manager?
I experienced similar issue under Ubuntu 12.04 beta2 release with 
LightDm the Unity Greeter application.
The problem my laptop random time happening. Some time Orca starting 
after Unity Greeter launched and exiting.
This situation Orca only spokening following messages:
"Welcome to Orca.
Good bie."
If I press this situation two time the CTRL+S keystroke, Orca right 
starting.

I maked a debug.out file, but not showing I think important problems 
with orca related, pasted the debug.out file content with I sent in 
Ubuntu a11y list few days ago:
