[orca-list] Two possible important bug with I reproduced orca 3.1.91 version

Hy,

I found two possible important bug, reported in Bugzilla and attach 
debug files. Anybody possible try fixing this bugs?
1. Orca doesn't spokening desktop icon names if speak tutorial message 
check box is checked:

2. In Orca preferences dialog some comboboxes and sliders not have 
accessible labels, for example in voice page:
