[orca-list] Using the help in Gnome3

Hi all,
I am using the latest development build of Orca and I noticed one thing. I am able to press tab and navigate
through the different topics in the help but if I then try to press the up or down arrows to read the text it
doesn't work. However, if I press numpad plus, it reads it automatically, but I want to read it line by line.
Is this a known bug?
