[orca-list] OT virus scan help

Hi,
I am running Ubuntu 10.10 on a netbook.
It is a dual-boot system, with XP.
The XP partitions are infected and won't boot.
I installed ClamTK and clamAV into Ubuntu, and I am trying to scan my 2 NTFS 
partitions, and I keep getting the error:
error, not supported file type
I have tried commands such as:
clamscan -r --remove=yes /dev/sda3
Where /dev/sd3 is one of the NTFS partitions.
