[orca-list] evince a11y (help)

Hi,
I am looking for instructions how to build an accessible version of
evince.
I know the a11y isn't working well in all places but maybe it can help
me any way.
It would be enough when orca can show the content in it's flat review
mode.
My machine runs debian squeeze.
