[orca-list] Where are ARIA roles implemented?

Are ARIA roles mapped somewhere in Orca, ATK, Firefox or a combination
of all three?

I've grepped the Orca sources for some of the role names but haven't
found them, so either grep missed or they're implemented elsewhere.
