If you're talking about the Gnome terminal, you can use F10 to go into
the menu bar and Edit -> Select all to highlight everything in the
terminal session and then either Edit -> Copy or control+shift+c to copy
everything into the clipboard. You could then paste everything into
something like gedit and then just grab the text you're looking for.
There may be an easier way to get just the text you're looking for,
maybe from Orca's flat review, but if not, this will get you what you need.
