I don't believe that Orca works well under CentOS6. I believe CentOS6 relies on Gnome 2.28 which is no longer supported in Orca. I'm also almost positive that the Anaconda install is not Orca friendly. If CentOS 6 and the other distros that rely on Gnome 2.28 were to upgrade to Gnome 2.30 or 2.32, we'd have some shot. The other distros that rely on CentOS's specific setup are RHEL and Scientific Linux. Also Oracle Linux. I believe that Gnome-Speech is still used, not Speech-Dispatcher.
