[orca-list] Where have all the Devs Gone?

It seems really quiet around here.  I know there was a conference in
Spain or something last week but I'm really curious where all the
experts have gone.  When I do my git-pulls, I have to rebase in 3
patches I've looked at for a while and they haven't been applied yet.  

One other question to the Vinux folks, are you still using OpenTTS? I
had a patch ready to go to remove support for OpenTTS since that
project fork has been discontinued.  Recent changes to Orca have
broken my otts patch for the second time so I'm anxious to get that
one committed if possible so I don't have to keep reworking it.
