OpenTTS is pretty much gone back to Speech Dispatcher. There is still
some activity going on to merge in some more of the changes and in the
future, Orca support for OpenTTS will probably be removed in that
response. I have a patch ready to go as soon as it's known that noone
will need to use OpenTTS anymore.

Next Speech-dispatcher version will be containing your fix? The 0.7
release unfortunately I think not containing this fix.
Note: OpenTTS project is still alive or joined again with Speech-dispatcher?
