[orca-list] Self-Voicing Programs and Orca

Hi,
I was thinking about trying to add the ability to Orca for external programs to send messages through it. So audio games, for example, could use Orca for communication. I have a couple of questions about doing this. First, I would like the interface to be extremely simple. My hope is to make it so that it takes nearly no research to get started using. My idea is to just add a flag to Orca so it could be called from with a program like this:
orca --display "hello"
Of course this means the programming language would have to have something like the commands class in Python. I believe most languages do though, so it shouldn't be a problem. Of course I only want to add it if the code will be considered for inclusion in Orca.
My other question is, which file should I start in to add this functionality?
