Hi all, I have a question that possibly may have been addressed on
this list in the past. What is the best way to navigate Twitter in
Linux, using Orca?

There's twidge, available in Debian, which will allow you to interact with
Twitter, Identica and similar services from your shell prompt. For example,
twidge lsrecent will show recent messages from those you are following, and
twidge update "Message of less than 140 characters belongs here" will send out
an update.

There are also Emacs clients for it, such as twittering-mode, which are
excellent if, like me, you're an Emacs user. For Identica/StatusNet, there's
identica-mode, for which I've written customizations for Emacspeak, too, but
this is the Orca list so maybe I shouldn't be mentioning that here.

I'm sure there are other options, but I've used both twidge and Identica-mode
with much success.
