[orca-list] Keyboard shortcuts profiles

Hi,

        My co-worker Javier Hernández has implemented a new feature in Orca to store user's keyboard 
shortcuts profiles [1]. You can save your keyboard preferences and create new profiles (not implemented on 
orca's ui yet).

        I think is an interesting feature for orca users. 

        Javier attached a patch for revision and improvement. Someone can review this?
