When it comes to a separate voice for continuous reading, I don't
think it would be really necessary. It is an interesting idea
though. If these newer voices could be linked up to speech dispatcher
and have a quick way to switch voices on the fly, then you could
switch the voice to the preferred voice when reading continuously or
whatever.
I would suggest yet another key binding that could rotor through
preset voice settings. This way wouldn't have to toggle through every
voice that Orca natively knows about - just the ones you would
frequently use; sort of like voice profiles or something. In fact
these profiles could contain pitch and rate settings.
Sorry if I took this off to another tangent but an idea none-the-less.
