[orca-list] Emacspeak Server for Voxin and Orca?

    Hi, List!

I'm trying the emacspeak server for Voxin with Orca and notice that, no 
matter the setting of the reading punctuation level, the voice reads as 
if the level is set to 'all'.  Is the Emacspeak server controlled by the 
values of the "dtk-*" shell variables, rather than by Orca?
