Hi all,
When I begin orca by using Alt+F2, orca seems to momentarily appear and disappear. If I begin it using the terminal by typing orca the following is what appears:

TypeError:object of type Desktop has no lengthI am using Speech Dispatcher, espeak output module and pulse audio as the audio output. When I checked /var/log/speech-dispatcher/speechd.log, I get:
Espeak: Initialized successfully.Inspite of being able to do so, it tries to load other output modules like festival, flite, fails and prints an error message:
Output module working status: 0 (pid:2618)

[Sat Jul 24 15:22:15 2010 : 81469] speechd: ERROR: Can't initialize audio in output module, Unable to understand how to proceed. Thanks in advance:)
